Important Update!

The Village community center will be moving in the spring! We’re dedicated to continuing to put free resources into the hands of our neighbors, eliminating waste, and creating a space where the community can come together to support one another.

In order to continue our mission, we’re raising money for moving costs, storage, and purchase/long term rental of another facility for our resource rooms! Many people have asked, and at this time we’re halting all clothing donations. Monetary giving is the most helpful in this time of transition! Our organization is 100% donation funded and volunteer labor, so every cent goes directly into impacting your neighbors.

What does that impact look like?

IOC will be celebrating its 5th year during April (move out month), and in an average month in ’24/’25 we served 50 neighbors a month, finding new homes for nearly 500 items a month and keeping nearly 1000 items/month out of landfills through thrifting/recycling.
